Simulate an “Amazon Mission”, climbing “Everest”, or surviving after being “Stranded” by conducting mathematics investigations and using the engineering design process to solve problems! Explore the Building Math instructional materials developed through a partnership between the Boston Museum of Science and Tufts University. These problem based learning units are sure to engage and excite middle school students while learning and reinforcing key mathematical concepts. Upon completion of the 2-day training, all participants will receive all three of the Building Math reproducible teacher’s books.
