Carol Gautier is the Program Manager for Math & Science Initiatives at Region XIII and the Project Director for Transformation 2013. Julianne (Joules) Webb is a T-STEM Educational Specialist residing at Region 20 ESC in San Antonio, TX. Prior to assuming this role in 2007, she served as a Texas high school science teacher and campus instructional technologist, a science teacher instructional coach, and as an ESC 20 Science Adjunct Instructor. She holds a BS in chemistry, a MA in secondary math and science curriculum and instruction, and is a doctoral student in the Integrative STEM Education program through Virginia Tech. Joules has extensive experience in leading STEM professional development design teams and campus instructional coaching programs.

Stephanie Brierty is a T-STEM Education Specialist out of Region XIII in Austin. She holds a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Tech. Prior to joining the center in early 2010, Stephanie worked at National Instruments where she ran their K-12 Program and worked with such partners as LEGO, Project Lead the Way, and FIRST.
