Transformation 2013 Virtual Instrumentation in Action!
Transformation 2013 provide educators and educational leaders with professional development opportunities, instructional material, instructional support, and technical assistance in a variety of STEM areas.
The understanding and use of technology are critical components of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. Learn how to use National Instrument's LabVIEW graphical programming software to create virtual instruments (VIs) and introduce students to engineering, programming, and design concepts in math and science classrooms. LabVIEW software is used extensively in research and industry. This software, coupled with Vernier probes and the SensorDAQ interface, can be used to support problem based learning in math and science classrooms.
The video demonstrates the use of Virtual Instrumentation (VI's) partnered with the SensorDAQ and Vernier probeware in the math and science classroom.
