In 2008, Transformation 2013 worked with master science and math educators to design PBLs for the core math and science areas. These design challenges are rigorous, aligned with CSCOPE and include career connections, 21st Century skills and provide STEM connections. Genetics-Cellular Reproduction |

Students will be able to compare the process of mitosis and meiosis and their significance to asexual and sexual reproduction. They will also be able to identify DNA mutations and evaluate the implication of these changes.
